School Policies

• All at-home music lessons are either 30 minute, 45 minute or 60 minutes in duration and occur weekly

• Lessons are scheduled at the same time and day every week for convenience

• Clients may reschedule up to 2 lessons per semester.  Our semesters are September to December, January to March, April to June, and July to August. Rescheduled lessons will be taught by the teacher either in-person or online

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required before rescheduling a lesson, otherwise the lesson will be billed

• Lessons are to be invoiced per semester unless monthly invoices are requested

• Lessons cancelled by the teacher will be credited toward future lessons

• There are no refunds and payment is due upon receipt of the invoice

• Payment method is email money transfer
